£101 which will cover accommodation, food and transportation to and from hotel to the Mandir. On the first and the last day of the conference, you will need to arrange your own transportation to and from Gatwick Mandir.

1. Where is the conference being held?The conference will be held at Shree Swaminarayan Temple Gatwick (Crawley).
2. What are the dates of the conference?
The conference will start from mid-afternoon on Friday 25th May till mid-afternoon Monday 28th May 2018.
3. What age do I have to be to attend?
The conference is open to the age range of 16 – 40 years of age.
4. What is the cost to attend the conference and what will this cover?
The cost to attend the conference is £101. This includes accommodation, food and transportation to and from the hotel to Gatwick Mandir.
5. What is the conference about?
The theme of the conference is One God, One Leader, One vision. Topics and activities will be tailored to ensure all Satsangi’s have a fantastic experience and take something away to help them connect closer to Bhagwan. Females will get the opportunity to have small Mandir based sessions with Her Holiness GadiwalaShree and receive divine blessings from her directly.
6. Where is everyone going to stay?
We have reserved rooms at a nearby hotel. Further details will be sent to you/your Mandir representative closer to the time.
7. Do I have to make my own way to Gatwick Temple?
Yes. Individuals will need to make their own way to and from Gatwick Temple. We will be working very closely with your Mandir representatives to help manage this.
8. How do I ensure I get a space and who shall I contact?
All UK Mandirs have been sent an invitation letter from ISSO Europe where we have requested each Mandir to select a female representative. The online registration will be opening very soon whereby you can register your interest and thereafter make payment to your Mandir representative. Spaces are on first come first served basis and your space will only be confirmed once payment is made.

10. Can I come along for just one/two days instead of all 4 days?
Due to the short period of the conference and managing logistics, we are only accepting registrations for those wishing to attend for the full duration of the conference. This is to ensure all participants get the benefits of learning something new, spending quality time with Her Holiness Gadiwalashree who is also taking time out of her extremely busy schedule to meet with the UK females.
11. What do I need to bring along to the conference?
A ‘what to bring list’ will be sent to you/your local Mandir representative closer to the time.
12. Due to a young baby,I cannot attend the conference, can I still come for darshan?
We are still putting together the itinerary of the conference and depending on Her Holiness GadiwalaShree’s schedule, further details about darshan opportunity will be sent closer to the time.
